Your order and delivery

A membership is one envelope of Arabic learning materials each month. The first envelope introduces Alif and Ard. Images on this site are examples; finished artwork and activities may differ. Select your delivery country before checkout.

The price is £6.99 per month, including UK postage. Europe is £10.79 per month and other available international destinations are £11.59 per month, including postage. The selected country determines the amount charged when you preorder and at each monthly renewal. We charge your first payment when you preorder. Orders placed by 5 October 2026 are planned to be posted on 9 October. November’s envelope is planned for dispatch on 25 October. After that, join by the 18th for the following month’s envelope, usually posted on the 27th; later orders start one edition later. These are dispatch dates, not guaranteed arrival dates. Contact us if an envelope is late, lost or damaged.

For delivery outside the UK, the destination country or delivery company may charge import VAT, customs duties or handling fees. These are not included in our monthly price. The customer is responsible for paying them, potentially on each monthly envelope, and may have to pay before delivery. Contact us before ordering if you need help understanding what may apply to your destination.

Payments, cancellation and refunds

Your first payment covers your first envelope. Later monthly payments are due on the 18th before each following envelope is posted. An October first envelope is followed by an 18 October payment for November’s envelope. The £6.99 price is guaranteed for your first 6 payments. No later increase is currently set or scheduled.

You can cancel future renewals through Your account or by emailing us. Stripe’s account page cancels at the end of your current billing period. Cancelling stops later renewals; it does not automatically refund an envelope already paid for. We do not currently offer a pause option.

If you change your mind about an envelope, email us within 14 days of receiving it. You then have another 14 days to return it. We will refund it within 14 days of receiving it back, including standard delivery where applicable. Email littlequranclub@outlook.com with your order email for return instructions and the return address. If an envelope is faulty, incorrect, damaged or undelivered, contact us so we can put it right. Your statutory consumer rights are unaffected.

Shop orders and flashcard add-ons

Envelopes bought in the little shop are one-off purchases, not a subscription, so there are no further payments. An envelope costs £8.99 including UK postage, £12.79 to Europe or £13.59 to other available destinations, including postage. Shop orders are usually posted within 5 working days of payment. These are dispatch estimates, not guaranteed arrival dates. Import VAT, customs duties or handling fees for deliveries outside the UK are payable by you.

Flashcards are 99p each and are add-ons: they can be added to a shop envelope order or when you join the club, but not bought on their own. Flashcards added when joining are packed in your first envelope, one for each child, with no extra postage. The returns, refunds and statutory rights described above also apply to shop orders.

Privacy

Little Quran Club uses the purchaser’s name, email address, billing and delivery details to take payment, manage the subscription, dispatch envelopes and answer support requests. You can optionally provide your child’s first name at checkout so we can personalise their envelope. This name is saved with your customer and membership details in Stripe and used to prepare your happy post. We use this information to fulfil the membership contract and meet accounting and other legal obligations. Stripe securely collects your payment details; Little Quran Club does not receive your full card number. Stripe handles checkout and membership management, Vercel hosts this website, and a postal carrier receives the delivery details needed to send your envelope.

We email members about their membership, such as posting dates and delays. These emails are sent through Resend, which receives only your email address. Resend stores it in the United States under the UK Extension to the EU-US Data Privacy Framework and the UK Addendum to the EU Standard Contractual Clauses. Every email has an unsubscribe link, or you can email us to stop them.

We keep order information while your membership is active and afterwards for as long as needed for accounting, disputes and legal obligations. You can ask to access, correct or delete your information where your rights apply. Email littlequranclub@outlook.com for privacy requests; you can also complain to the Information Commissioner’s Office. Please do not include payment card details or other personal information about your child in an email.

Cookies and other sites

This website does not use advertising or analytics trackers. Stripe may use cookies needed for secure checkout and account management. Instagram and TikTok have their own privacy and cookie policies if you visit them.
